Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Mireyaah. We carefully pack every jewellery and clothing order to help it reach you safely.

1. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery PIN code and displayed at checkout:

Within Kerala: ₹60 per order
Outside Kerala: ₹100 per order

These charges help cover packaging and courier-related costs. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable after dispatch, subject to applicable law and our Refund and Return Policy.

2. Processing Time and Estimated Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Kerala: 2–5 working days
Rest of India: 5–9 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, public holidays, festivals, sales periods, and remote locations may affect delivery times.

3. Serviceability

Delivery depends on courier service availability for your PIN code. If a PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or cancellation and refund, as applicable.

4. International Shipping Fee

International orders have a flat shipping and handling fee of ₹1,000 per order. This combined fee covers packaging, handling, documentation, courier coordination, and related operational costs; it is not exclusively the courier charge.

5. International Delivery Estimates

International delivery is estimated at 15–20 working days after dispatch. This is not guaranteed. Customs processing, public holidays, peak seasons, and local postal or courier delays may extend delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping-related enquiries.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or local courier charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are separate from the ₹1,000 shipping and handling fee and the product price. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

7. Customer Responsibilities After Arrival

Customers are responsible for tracking their parcel, responding to courier notifications, completing required customs formalities, paying applicable charges, and coordinating with the local courier when needed.

8. International Shipping Restrictions

Some countries may restrict the import of jewellery or clothing. Customers should confirm that the items can legally be imported into their country. We may decline or cancel an international order if shipping is not feasible or lawful. Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

9. Accurate Delivery Information

Please provide your full name, complete delivery address, PIN/postal code, and active phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or returns. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

10. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, held because customs charges remain unpaid, or returned due to customer-related circumstances, shipping charges may be non-refundable. Return shipping, reshipping, storage, customs, or handling charges may apply. Any eligible product refund will be considered after the parcel is received and inspected. Deductions will only be made where legally permitted. Please also refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

11. Tracking

A tracking number or link will be shared after dispatch where available. Please keep your phone number and email active so you can receive delivery updates.

12. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Please report a lost or damaged parcel promptly and retain the packaging. Share clear photographs and an unboxing video, if available. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will investigate and assist with the courier claim where possible. Resolution may depend on the courier's investigation, and nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
